Today was my first day since moving back to my hometown that my emotions felt overwhelming in a “negative way” ( not negative because of the emotions themselves but due to the behaviour that tends to follow) . It started as grief and then a mixture of anxiety and anger.

So, I took a walk. I let God lead me to my destination a place I had been before. I sat on a bridge.Intentionally, I choose this time to read The creative act by Rick Rubin.

  3. Gratitude

  4. Active play and experimentation.

  5. Everything is a working progress

  6. Being an artist meanings embodying it.
