I remember first hearing the phrase 'creative problem solving' while completing a group project within university. This phase was used often when we were asked to self reflect on the skills we brought to the group to complete the task.
The problem - The chaos of Adult services.
Whether you are an individual who is 15 who has mental health difficulties or an individual who is 30 with mental health difficulties there is one common thread. You are exhausted.
However, the big difference between these individuals is one is a young person and one is an adult. Therefore the services and expectations are entirely different. Most mental health services have a cut off point of 25 years old.
So what does this mean for those who are 25 and over. If you are not already within services who can help hand over.
Well... the clue is in the title. It's adult services remember.
There is clearly a huge disconnect that just because legally your an adult does not making having these issues any easier. Especially now with less support.

The solution - Creativity as an action.
I will be honest, they feel a bit cheesy so at some point i will likely mess with the visual side of them. However, what is important is that the resource is avaiable.
